Although we hope that you’re satisfied with every purchase you make with us, we understand that there are times when things need to be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, you must to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Safety One Pro Shop. Please give us a call at 1.800.485.7669 or send us an email to [email protected].
If you’ve created an account during the check-out, you can initiate the return after your order is shipped or ready for pickup. To do so, please follow the steps below.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original order given that all products are new and unused, the original packaging should be included. Special order items will be subject to vendor’s restocking fee. Any freight charges for refused or returned shipments will be deducted from the credit.
In most cases returns will be processed the following business day, product which requires additional inspection make take longer.
If a return is the direct result of an error made by Safety One Pro Shop return freight and any restocking fees will be covered by Safety One Pro Shop.
All returns should be sent back using a reputable carrier and must be prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
For your safety we cannot accept returns on products containing rope or webbing or marked with NFPA, ANSI, CE or EN identification.
Any custom products (labeled bags, custom rescue kits, etc.) cannot be accepted for return.

Scroll down the page, and click the “Return Item(s)” button* on the bottom right side. Then follow the page instruction to finish the the Return Request.
*Note: If there is only the “Reorder” button, it means that your order is still being processed. You can cannot initiate a Return from here until an order is shipped or ready for pickup.
