Here in the United States, we are sweltering through another summer as temperatures in July are typically hot. But in New Zealand, the snow is flying!
At Mt. Hutt, Canterbury’s leading ski and snowboard area, a massive slide damaged the arterial triple chairlift and took it out for the season. The enterprising ski area has found a novel solution: a double cabin Swedish Hagglunds BV206 tracked all terrain snowcat.
