ATV Safety Training
OSHA investigations have repeatedly found that a lack of adequate safety training has led to both fatal and injury accidents! The Safety One ATV Safety Course will expose your staff to more "situations" than you will likely encounter in your lifetime – and you'll get lots of practice. They will discover new safety skills in the Basic Operation and Safety portion of the course that will help them see more of what is happening around them and learn to anticipate what theirs and other vehicles might do. All students will be taught to "ride at a safe and efficient level" during the operational drills. Even your most experienced riders will learn new safety skills!
Getting stranded on an ATV can be life threatening when you are miles from nowhere. Participants will be taught "How to Survive in a Remote Setting". Whether injured or uninjured several necessities must be addressed quickly and correctly in a post crash or breakdown event. "Learn them and live!"
Managing ATV Accidents and Injuries will take your employees beyond any first aid training in dealing with specific injuries common in ATV accidents, while learning how to perform Emergency Field Repairs will get them and their ATV home after and unexpected mechanical event.

Each participant will be instructed in Pre and Post Safety Operation Inspections for ATV's, teaching them simple points that greatly enhance rider safety and ATV reliability. By simply changing how they prepare for a day's ride, they can reduce the risk of their treks into the wilderness.
In addition to the above items all students are instructed in Managing "High Risk" Safety Operations with specific tips and techniques for external cargo, towed loads, water crossings etc.
Participants in ATV drive safety programs are provided with a Safety One Certification ID Card upon course completion and they will be in compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulations. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of only 8 participants per instructor giving your staff the one on one time necessary to practice and develop their safety skills all while they are receiving objective feedback about their riding skills.
